Sam was called out at short notice to fix a problem with an en-suite bathroom floor. Due to ingress of water, the existing floor had rotted and was in urgent need of repair. Sam expertly replaced the damaged subfloor with marine plywood and secured it to the rafters. The existing tiled flooring was replaced with attractive light-oak vinyl flooring. The manager calls up saying you'll be paying when no contract was signed. If I get a cheaper quote I'll take it. If the person on the phone that I spoke to explained that they will be booking skips then I would off said I'll get back to them. But the manager was talking to me like he's some east London gangsta and if I don't do what he says he'll do me in. I had to block him as he was harassing me.
