What a nightmare! You could be forgiven for thinking removal and refitting of toilet mean they will refit back with no leaks. Not only did they leave me with a leaking bathroom for a week with damage to my walls and ceiling, they then wanted to charge me £150 labour to fix by replacing a valve!! I wish this review gave me the option to add pictures so you can see the extent of the damage and bad job they did. Small positive was that the tiling itself was mostly ok but will NOT use again!

This was to remove existing floor tiles , prepare for new ones & fit & grout replacements. Then to fit a toilet bowl plus seat. All done in budget and to the timescale promised. Had issues with Kris from the beginning. Agreed a quote of £600 for 30 squares. First day came down spent 3 hours and all that was lad was 6squares of underlay . Equipment didn’t work. second day did around 8 squares of laminate flooring was always out at the car. Third day he’d started at 8:30 but at around 10 he started talking about additional costs which he did not raise in the beginning. So I asked him to leave and paid him for work completed. Work ok but slow but would not trust as could cost you.
