They replaced the dripping tap with stylish new ones. Fixed a bath tap and the seal around the sink bath and shower. Plus repainted the ceiling which was a mess and now the bathroom looks like new. Richard did a very good job on relaying floor tiles to my bathroom floor, including refitting 2 new tiles which were cracked ones . Due to previous movement he installed a flexible mat and then the special adhesive to ensure thorough fixing and stability. The job was completed ahead of schedule and he was thorough with attention to detail. Will have him back again for next job in kitchen.

Adam quickly assessed the problem with my non-functioning panel heater; it seems I had accidentally engaged the child-lock! The display doesn't show this, so I had no idea. Noting this particular heater was woefully underpowered for a lounge at 750 Watts (selected by a previous owner!), I agreed Adam should go fetch a new, 2000W one. So, job done same day with minimum of fuss.
