Aaron came out quickly to give us a quote to change bath to step in shower. Gave us a good price and was able to fit us in because of a cancellation. Plumber who creates more leaks than he fixes! In attempting to fix cistern caused so many leaks, it had to be drained until he returned. Also changed the broken isolator valve & left new one leaking. He also left my stopcock leaking. Upon return he replaced whole cistern, so more expense, replaced the isolator valve again & left it leaking again. He was so messy; it took an hour to clean up. Messaged him about returning for isolator valve he left leaking, but got no response, because he has now been paid
