James did a really good job for the house we’d just bought. The floors were all painted and really ugly, and he sanded them back to the wood and left them looking really nice. He even returned free of charge to fix a problem of “grain raising” which had left the boards a bit rough to the touch and occurred a few days after he’d finished, due to moisture in the space. He was friendly, considerate and empathic, a really pleasant guy to have around and to be involved in our renovation project.

Excellent work. Hired him to replace wooden decking in garden he did an excellent job and then rebuilt the roof on an outbuilding repaired a wall and fitted a new garden gate. Very versatile, polite and punctual. reasonable rates as well.

James and Matt arrived on time, and did a very good professional job, cleaning up well after finishing. Asked good questions about the job, before agreeing a reasonable price. Very likeable and easy to have in the house.

Adam was punctual, reliable, explained exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. The work done was very neat, and the site was left clean and tidy afterwards. Adam has gone on to help me out in an emergency, showed me what needed to be done, did a thorough repair and for a fair price. I would highly recommend him.

This carpenter was efficient, did a good job and even suggested better ways of doing things. The price was competitive and the work was carried out quickly and cleanly. Would definately use this Company again.

Small let down on the agreed start day to fit our doors, but this has been completely rebalanced and more by John Paul's reliability since and flexibility in working around and through many problems caused on our side due to damaged doors from the supplier, super-wonky existing door frames and a host of other unexpected glitches, all handled, within the original agreed price. There is still one more to fit when and if we get a replacement, but the ones he has done look great and fit excellently.

Simon was great. He listened to what we wanted, made suggestions, worked extremely hard, and carried out an excellent job. The finished product was far better than we had hoped. I woudn't hesitate to have him back for any other heating/plumbing job; excellent value.
