My apologies for the last review, there was a mix up with the dates and the job will be carried out as specified by the tiler on Thursday.
So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. I'm new to this site and I'm willing to put the effort in to get the jobs done right and honestly. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Communication to book was quick, upon booking in the date a time it went backwards. On the day of the installation I had to call up as they didn’t arrive, was advised he would be there between 12 & 2pm but didn’t so ring again to be told he would be there for 5pm. Just before 5pm they advised he wouldn’t be coming and rebooked for the following week and therefore not done for Christmas, basically a full day wasted. On the next date he turned up to say he couldn’t do it due to no correct tools.
Easy to contact and communicate our requirements. Arrived promptly on the day and completed the work to a high standard and did not rush the job even though it was a Saturday.......would not hesitate to recommend!!

Marius sanded back the floor to the original oak finish across the whole of the downstairs. It completely transformed the floor, was meticulously sanded and beautifully finished. Paul has been a fabulous help to both us and my mum’s house/ garden. He has listened to our requirements, offered sound advice and always highlighted cost effective options. Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.

We have had nothing but excellant work from Ross Glover. From the quotation, he came out himself along with a plumber and electrician to give a true quotation. His work has been of excellant standard. His workers are very reliable and we are kept up to date at every stage of the build. Their knowledge and professionalism is fantastic and have given us good advice and resolve problems which have come to light. They have also been able to help save costs on the build aswell.
