Ashley was brilliant. He has done a great job with our radiators - really smart, quality workmanship. He and his colleague were very friendly, professional, tidy and prompt - he even phoned ahead to confirm he was on the way. They went above and beyond to get things done right. Over all, an excellent job was done although due to poor weather, a three day job became a three week one. Several unseen problems became apparent during this work, but everything was explained and reasons given for delays / further expense. Time keeping wasn’t great as on many occasions they’d arrive after 09:00 and would have gone by 16:00 at the latest. However, very satisfied with the result.

I cannot praise Christopher/W Spencer Interiors enough from the initial contact through to the completion of the project. Chris took time to understand what I wanted and was always willing to amend the plans to ensure that he had interpreted my requirements. He was reliable and always responded to emails and turned up when he said he would! Finally, the quality of his carpentry is outstanding. Highly recommended.
