When Stephen came out he gave me expert advice and tips on what I should use in terms of adhesive, grout and trim. He was the only tradesman to measure the area I wanted tiled which was reassuring from the start and I made an instant decision to use him for my job. He turned up on time and did a brilliant job. After he sent me a text on the original date, we decided to wait until a drier day. He was in touch first thing this morning to make sure things were still going to plan and arrived when he said he would.
