Ian was an absolue life saver. He was very quick to respond to our request, gave alternative solutions and then a price within budget. He carried out the work very quickly as required and completed it to a very high standard. He is an excellent tradesman and very knowledgeable with respect to his particular specialism. Chris and his team were exceptional. The attention to detail, standard of tiling and finish achieved was absolutely first class. Communication with Chris throughout the entire job was brilliant a faultless service in my opinion. Both Chris and Mike were so helpful and friendly from start to finish and made the process so much easier and stress free. If your looking for a high spec finish at a reasonable price then give them a ring and you will not be disappointed.

Nicky and his team completed 50sq meter of tiling to a very high standard. Very friendly and hard working honest guy. Clean, tidy and great advice. Pleasure to deal with and will definitely use again. Great job guys!

Pete is an outstanding professional. Our job started much later than planned with many delays, Pete was patient and courteous throughout. The supplied product is phenomenal and has really finished our project off. Pete turned up on time despite a very long drive and worked very hard to get the floor down ahead of schedule. We've been delighted with Pete's service throughout and would use him again in a heartbeat and would similarly recommend him highly, and have passed his details on to friends

Completed external wall insulation. Did a good job. Had extra works done. There work is very good but 4 stars due to resource issues trying to complete the jobs. Would use them again.

Henry has done an excellent job in re-rendering my property and associated tasks. He showed expertise when advising me on the work to be under taken. He kept me abreast of progress and was reliable and professional throughout the process. The work has been completed to a high standard and I am very happy to have chosen Henry James as my builder. Michael came to our house at 5.30pm to fit our under floor heating in 3 rooms at very short notice. He arrived promptly and couldn't have been more helpful. He refitted our insulation as it had been put down wrong by our builder with no problem at all. He stayed until the job was complete which was 1.30am! we was so grateful, Really nice guy, very clean.
