We had a massive amount of bamboo to remove, plus extending the patio, building a new concrete planter over 6 metres long and 1 metre wide, new patio lighting and new facia boards on the adjoining building. Did not use rated people in the end as this contractor was the only one to get back to me out of the three given and to give me a quote. He was quick and helpful and looked at the painting job via What's app video. I prefer to see a tradesperson in real life first so went to checkatrade but I would recommend this company if you want quick and clear quotes without further hassle

Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .
