We contacted Ciprian for a quote to put up a shed for us in the garden. He promptly called us and gave us a price. Which we agreed. True to his word, he came on time and with all the tools required to complete the job. We were a little concerned as we had never used the platform nor met him prior. The manager calls up saying you'll be paying when no contract was signed. If I get a cheaper quote I'll take it. If the person on the phone that I spoke to explained that they will be booking skips then I would off said I'll get back to them. But the manager was talking to me like he's some east London gangsta and if I don't do what he says he'll do me in. I had to block him as he was harassing me.
