JGC Plumbing and Heating were really good in a crisis situation when our boiler broke down just before Christmas and we were expecting lots of visitors. They gave us an estimate on the day the boiler was condemned and ordered the parts and put the new boiler in two days after. The workmanship was good and they cleaned up afterwards. Their price was very competitive and we would certainly recommend them.

They replaced the dripping tap with stylish new ones. Fixed a bath tap and the seal around the sink bath and shower. Plus repainted the ceiling which was a mess and now the bathroom looks like new. What you quoted for you didn’t do. Instead of sealing from the outside your put some white sealant inside. The roof continued to leak. An now because of the 1 star you have contacted me for proof of it leaking after I had to get someone else to rectify the issue. You offered me a refund on the 21 November but didn’t send it even after various calls and text and you telling me not to keep bothering you. Now you are saying as I haven’t got the proof I am trying to rob you of MY £150.
