We have had multiple trades on site and he was able to work alongside them. We also made a change in our tile choice in one room last minute and he was patient and reasonable about this. I cannot recommend Simon for bathroom refits. The project, estimated at three weeks, took five, with Simon showing frustration. Work quality was poor: leaking sink, bad paintwork, a hole behind the toilet, wrong radiator size, chipped tiles, incomplete grouting, exposed pipes, and faulty fittings like a shower door and tap handles falling off. Despite contacting him over three months, he hasn’t resolved these issues. His aftercare is unresponsive, and the work is substandard as illustrated in the photos.
