Ubhi Developments UK Limited provided an exceptional service, worked significantly long hours to meet our deadline and delivered a service and bathrooms beyond our expectation. Most importantly, the quality of the finish was superb. Diligent tradesmen, polite, arrived on time and tidied up every evening - didn't even notice them. Highly recommend and will use again - bathrooms look amazing.

Frank, was polite, up front about costs and started straight away after I accepted his services. Sorted out my lighting dilemma quickly and my constantly on extractor fan. Chris and Dan are v professional and polite. They have competitive prices which does not mean that they scrimp on the high quality of their work. Chris contacted me immediately, met me that evening and commenced work within days - v efficient. The completed work was done to a high standard and the property was left neat and tidy (v, refreshing for tradesman!!) They will advise on work that would be useful but leave the final decision to you which illustrates their knowledge in their field of work.

100% happy with refurbit. cannot rate highly enough.punctual.reliable.professional.friendly and efficient.did a fantastic job in a clean and tidy way.did not try to baffle us with science and charged a very,very fair price for installing our central heating.I'm sure they would have treated us the same even if they were changing a tap washer many thanks again Chris & Matt..

I was contacted very soon after posting, agreed a price and date for work to take place. The day before installation of my new cooker Argos txt me to say they had given me wrong info and a wrong time slot for delivery. I explained the electrician was already booked but they would not budge. The electrician however was very accommodating and changed his slot at the last minute so thanks to him and not Argos I had a working cooker once more. He was very reliable, did a good job and I would 100% recommend him

We are very happy with polelectric we had our bungalow re-wired by mirek and his team, the price was quoted and it was the price I paid, the work was completed to a good standard, the workers were on time and turned up every day for 5 days, they were all polite and professional.
