I am a loss assessor, presently settling claims and then project managing the restoration works to properties affected by flood, storm, burst water pipe, malicious damage by tenants, impact or other damage to homes or commercial premises. Did you know that you can use a Loss Assessor, like me, to help negotiate a fair settlement with your insurer? I can then instruct vetted contractors and oversee any reinstatement works? Once I have assessed your claim, I will prepare a schedule of works and submit the details to your insurer to help ensure that you receive an efficient service whether the claim is related to your home or commercial premises. I can then project manage the restoration or repair works for you, no matter how big or small. There is no charge to you, the policyholder, for the Aspray claims management service I offer, provided that I can appoint and project manage the contractors who carry out the repair works, as Aspray is paid by the insurance company for any repair or reinstatement works my contractors complete. From getting in touch, to providing a quote, agreeing the price and completing the work - everything was done quickly but with excellent care and attention to detail. Fitted wardrobes including( bedsides cabinets, chests of drawers, mirrors, dressing table, shelves units, etc); 2. Home offices; 3. Walk in wardrobe; 4. Angle doors wardrobes/ slope wardrobe in loft; 5.Kitchens; 6.Under stairs wardrobe/storage space; 7. Under Windows storage units, drawers. Skills: •High quality scribing •Attention to detail •Understanding of construction projects •Collaboration. •Punctual •Flexible •Accurate in time (I do know how much time I need for every new project, so you don’t have to worry that someting will not be ready on time). Steps I am doing with every new job: •If it is necessary, I can take apart the old wardrobe/kitchen; •Take the measurements for the new project; •I am doing the design of furniture together with you; •I am doing checks to make sure that everything in design is working with the rest of the room(space for the bed, if you need cable ports, if there is a radiator in the way, if there are curtains in the way etc); •I am ordering the necesary materials, fixings etc; •Transporting the materials to your house; •I am fitting the furniture for you; •I am taking care of rubishh, offcuts etc, that is a result of fitting the furniture(every singel panel is a bit bigger that the final size, so i can scribe every single panel to suit your space).
