I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. Completed the job to a satisfactory level after a seriously delayed start date. In just under 2 years the sealant split from the shower tray and created bathroom and hall carpet flooding, requested Alex to take a look and give me a quotation to repair, despite a number of attempts to have him visit the property he stopped taking my calls. I wasnt even asking him to repair it free of charge even though i had a good case to do so. This job was for my elderly 92 year old father who now has to step on a sodden
