When our tenants needed a new roof on their shed Dale was quick to respond and quoted for the work swiftly. He was communicative throughout and considerably cheaper than the first quote we'd had. He turned up when he said he would and did a great job. I would definitely recommend him.

He encountered a few problems along the way but managed to overcome them without having to alter the quoted price. Phil was brilliant, very reliable and did an excellent job, he even cleaned up everything afterwards so you couldn't tell he had been except for the great new door and window he had replaced for me. I will use again( soon!) I would highly recommend Kraftworks to anybody who needs a joiner.

Top quality job laying the floor. Problem with unevenness of first woodstain application meant it had to be sanded off and redone. However, they just got on with it and we are very happy with the result.
