Some small issues with the varnish and stain colouring on some planks but this was down to the actual wood itself and not the job. Nevertheless the manager came round to have a look and then sanded and re-did the particular planks until he was satisfied that there was nothing more that could be done save for removing the wood itself, proper dedication to a good job.

Frank designed, implemented and completed an extremely difficult job to a very high standard. Even after discovering hidden issues after completely going back to brick wall Frank was never phased and gave us options on each case. Frank and his team made what could have been a stressful time a walk in the park. We will be using Frank again, finding reliable tradesmen is difficult these days. Luke communicated efficiently at every stage in our effort to bring our communal hall up to present fire regulations. His working knowledge of what would be required was invaluable. The quotation was comprehensive and a fair price. The work which was carried out over several days was excellent & carried out in a professional manner. I am more than happy to recommend Rob and certainly will be to Family and friends. He arrived at precisely the time we had arranged and got straight into the work. He did a great job and did it quickly, even though it turned out more complicated than we'd first thought. They turned up on time every day, worked 7 days a week to get the job done, listened to what I wanted. They cleaned up after themselves every day and just worked constantly throughout the day.The price quoted was very competitive. I would definately use them again. The job that I had done was a complete bathroom refurbishment and roof repair.

We have the home we wanted so we are happy with the job. It wasn't just refurbishment, but constructive changes took place and also rooms were remodelled, ceiling constructions were redone and new floors were laid down. The new wall frames were built according to our specific request and in the end we were satisfied by the final job as well.
