Melbourne wood finishing is a unique dustless floor sanding service and we also restore and improve all existing wooden furniture, structures and installations whether to completely strip back and refinish, modernise or create a brand new style. This can be a small as a coffee table or side board to a complete village hall. In a nutshell I have quite a unique skillset and I just love wood! My father was a very accomplished joiner and I was the final finishing touch. Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. Andrew was superb. We exchanged a few messages before he came to do the work, he always responded promptly and even offered to come to provide a temporary fix before he was free to carry out the actual job. Another job was cancelled, and he fitted my job in early even though it was his birthday. He did an excellent job of replacing my fence posts under difficult conditions and even went the extra mile in a couple of aspects. On top of this he comes across as a lovely bloke. 6 stars.
