Ivan has exceeded all expectations on the repointing of our house. He turned up at 8.00am every day untill the job was finished. He cleaned up every night before he left so his area was spotless. Also my next door neighbour was so impressed he hired him to do the same job on his house which has lead to two more jobs on our street. Made a very good job of copying an existing radiator cabinet and in fact made two for less than what I was quoted for one, by a big specialist company.
Charged me exactly what he quoted, turned up exactly when he said he would, fixed my leaking pipe, repaired the damage to the ceiling caused by the leak, made good the tiling which needed removing to do the work and everywhere was left clean and tidy - what more could you ask for?!!

Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

Although they did a good job, I had a slow leak and the shower cubicle handle has since fallen off. They came out to fix the toilet leak, but it started leaking again straight after. Never returned to do the handle as promised
