Greg is a fantastic multi skilled tradesman, he responded quickly and quoted a fair price. He managed to paint and wallpaper our living room, fit shelves, mount our telly on top of other tasks but most impressively tiled our kitchen in record time. And as a bonus he's also a lovely polite chap.. we can't recommend Greg enough!

Hi guys! At a2z property maintenance we cover a wide range of services from kitchen installation to a new roof! We pride ourselves in keeping our work finish to a high standard. We have a joiner and a roofer with two labourers. Although we concentrate on kitchens and roofs,we also cover all aspects of property maintenance! Jet washing, plumbing repairs and flooring etc… I’ve attached a few photos of recent jobs and repairs. We are very reasonable on price and keep our work space immaculate. Having left school with the determination to be the best painter and decorator possible, I went to St Albans college then on to a specialist wallpaper hanging and special effects course. I then went straight out into the world of self-employment. Although this was, (and still is) my preferred way to spend time I soon realised the tilers around me were earning more than I was. So, back to college I went to learn how to tile. Fast forward to 1990 when off I went again on my own. By 1992 I had a small team working with me on commercial and residential projects and now with over 30 years experience in the trade I know that it costs no more to give perfection than to give second best.... and that's what we offer. We have extensive experience with all sizes of tile from large format (2400 x 1200) to mosaics including all popular sized ceramics, natural stone and porcelain. We are quite happy taking on large floor areas down to small bathrooms. Whilst we pride ourselves in the quality of our workmanship we are extremely competitively priced. We recognise that you will live with the tiles you have chosen for many years. The way they are installed and the quality of the finish is vital. When it comes to bathroom refitting, because it is so stressful trying to organise all the trades needed for the job, we carry out the complete bathroom refurbishment works using our own plumbers and tilers (and decorator) to bring together the perfect finish.

We used Nick (arcitile) twice. On both occasions Nick viewed the jobs and we explained our requirements. He went away to work his quotes out, and then sent them to us. After the first job was completed, we were invoiced for more money than originally quoted. The same thing happened on the second job, this time there was an approximate increase of 40% from the original quote. We would NOT recommend this contractor to you.

These people came and gave us a quote very promptly. Jennie was very helpful and polite on the phone. Marco turned up at the agreed time and did a wonderful job. Because we had not supplied enough skirting board, we had an issue with a join under the window. Marco came the next day and not only finished the job, but also removed the joined pieces which he had already fixed and replaced with a complete piece at no extra cost. They said only to pay when 100% happy, and we were. Excellent service.

Really disappointing! Started off good, Mitchell got in touch and quoted for the job by the photos, he didn’t come out to quote. I was happy with the quote so I said go ahead and as he said he could do the job in 2 weeks I removed my post thinking great I’ve found the person for the job. 2 weeks later no sign of Mitchell or a reply to my emails asking when he’s planning to start the work so now I have to start the process again. Poor show from Mitchell or a no show, as it would appear
