My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

We had a difficult cleaning job of a large house that involved extensive sanitary cleaning, hoarding and large furniture disposal. The team worked hard and thoroughly to get the job done in two days for a reasonable cost. For any further work we will absolutely going back to LDL!

I cover everything involved in wood from fitting Kitchens and solid wood floors to loft conversions with velux windows. I also make hardwood windows, doors and staircases. I got Geeson builders to repoint my stone walls and replace quite a few stones that had perished. The work they did was excellent!! I actually can't believe how good it looks and the difference it has made to my house. I would highly recommend them. I will be ringing them first for any jobs I have in the future.
