What a superb craftsman Ian is. He couldn't have been more helpful throughout the work always keeping me informed, checking things as necessary. If you are looking for a company that delivers a great product on time, within budget and with attention to detail then look no further. Everything was carried out to a high standard and we can only thank the team for a fantastic job. The original job was for our dining room but that was quickly extended to our living room as well which included building a contemporary fireplace, extensive replastering and complete redecoration. Decoration and renovation were great all round and offered the best advice out of all the people I looked at and the end result was much better because of them. They are high quality, very flexible, did everything when they said they would and were easy to work with. They have my recommendation and I will use them again.

Greg built a front wall and laid paving in my front and back garden. He did a really good job, and it looks great. He was reliable, tidy, and really clear on things like costs and how the slabs would be laid so I knew exactly what I was getting. Would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting brickwork or paving/landscaping.

Nick and his partner were a real pleasure to deal with. Nick came up with a great design for the bookcase we wanted for our cafe and was more than willing to work late into the evenings to get the job done out of opening hours. The workmanship and finished results were second to none and the shelving is getting a lot of praise from our customers, some who want the same thing built in their homes! I would highly recommend N J Carpentry to anyone looking for high quality carpentry work at reasonable prices.

Imer recently helped me remove old kitchen cabinets and a light rail and install new ones. He was super professional throughout the whole project, promptly responded to all my emails / texts and went above and beyond to make sure the job was to a high standard. I was a little hesitant because he doesn't have too many reviews (he explained most of his work comes from word of mouth), but I'm SO GLAD I DID. Will definitely call him for my next project!

Vaclav did a really good job, turned up when he said he would and charged the price quoted. Our floors were last sanded and varnished about 16 years ago so they were pretty worn. He re-sanded and re-varnished with 3 coats. I was particularly impressed that there was no dust and everything was left very clean each day.

RS Property did a brilliant job on my bathroom; very professional and good communication with Roger throughout the project. I gave them a tight timeline and challenging materials and they worked well to get the job finished earlier than expected. They even took my bath and WC back to B&Q when they saw a small crack in them! Would highly recommend RS Property
