I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

Mark has done a great job at removing a lot of carpet and grippers and installing engineered wood flooring on both floors of my house. The result is splendid and his advices were spot on.

Carlos was fantastic and so impressed by the process. When deciding what type of hearth we needed, we discussed options , pricing & installation. The communication was great and the whole process was completed within a week. I'm so happy with the fireplace, it looks stunning.

Mirza did an excellent job installing our alcove shelves and cabinets. He fitted them exactly as I wanted it and was always helpful, polite and professional. He was arrived on time and worked hard and stayed late to get the job done - we were worried he was not taking enough breaks but he said he'd just come back from holiday and had rested enough! I would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

We used Fabio to turn our family bathroom into two ensuite wet room shower rooms. We found him very honest and reliable, working weekends to get the job done in time! We did have additional costs but in fairness that was due to our house and us not knowing what we actually wanted to do, not him. But even so he was very reasonable and would use him again on the next project!

Cleos was reliable, polite and showed pride in the quality of his workmanship. He managed to get my kitchen worktop fitted to correct specifications and went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with everything and accommodated my situation considering that I was short on time. Firstly let me say Thank you to PLP decorators, that are highly knowledgeable and experienced professionals with passion for what they do. They did an amazing and thorough job at my house with a great 'no problem' attitude, always showed up on time and what they said and did stood expectations. They worked hard and I could feel straight away my flat was in good hands. They explained the job to me in details and discussed options beforehand. I recommend them easily with pleasure and confidence to anyone.

Very good professionals. The work was done quickly and to a high standard. A bit on the expensive side - I payed £400 for installing 3 wardrobe shelves and 2 rails, fixing a broken drawer and the materials. Needed it urgently, otherwise would have shopped around.

Ziggy retiled the path to our house in March and is very professional, hard working and conscientious. Ziggy kept in touch throughout the work, sending pictures and updates of his work. When we had trouble with some of the materials we had bought from Topps Tiles, he went to great lengths to sort it out, working extra days and not finishing the work until he was satisfied it was done to the highest standards. I would use Ziggy again and recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable and trusted individual.

Very pleased with their service! Jason was great, he was the only plasterer to recommend different things to save both time and money with an excellent result. All the plasterers were a pleasure to deal with and worked very hard! I can't recommend them highly enough. They managed to get to us within a couple of days as we felt our job was urgent and even came out to quote on a Sunday! Very happy customer! Thanks all!
