Pricing was extremely reasonable considering he travelled a distance to my location. Had issues with Kris from the beginning. Agreed a quote of £600 for 30 squares. First day came down spent 3 hours and all that was lad was 6squares of underlay . Equipment didn’t work. second day did around 8 squares of laminate flooring was always out at the car. Third day he’d started at 8:30 but at around 10 he started talking about additional costs which he did not raise in the beginning. So I asked him to leave and paid him for work completed. Work ok but slow but would not trust as could cost you.

Leroy & his brother Archie are what I would call "old school" Caribbean chaps who operate with a basic instinct for a job properly & well done! Their own innate generosity led to a number of occasions when they offered help of some kind for me personally, when I was already dealing with a couple of other irritating jobs at the same time. Absolutely fantastic service. We had cracks in our two main bedrooms, hallways and living room that needed repairing whilst we were living in the house with a baby and small child. Tilly got three men on the job to get it all completed asap. The team worked flat out without breaks and got done in 2.5 days (Tilly quoted aprox 3 days). They did over and above what I’d asked them to painting areas they hadn’t even replastered to make the hose look fresh. Tilly quoted & charged very reasonably too.

We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.
