After I posted my enquiry, Lawrence phoned me within half an hour. We discussed the job, he gave me a price , and I accepted it later. He did the job to our complete satisfaction, 3 days later, arriving at 8.00am. He laid a new laminate floor in a small conservatory, and took up and laid a new floor in the kitchen. It was wet and he had to walk from the house to the outside garage to do the cutting. He kept to his quote, but I gave him extra for the awkward door threshold strips. Definitely recommended.

CH Carpentry did an excellent job of rebuilding our fairly large deck and we are thrilled by the finished product. They were professional throughout the process and did a particularly good job of making things easy for us and kept us well informed at every stage. We have already discussed further work so will be using CH Carpentry services again in the near future.

Hi, we carry out various gardening jobs, from cutting grass, to landscaping. We are a very reliable company and no job is to small or big. I’ll be there to carry out the work myself which will be done to highest standard possible, sometimes I may require a helping hand, that would again a competent person. Also we do removals of old sheds etc, garden clearances and removal of waste metal. Also willing to construct sheds, storage boxes and fencing. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. I'm new to this site and I'm willing to put the effort in to get the jobs done right and honestly. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Luke came round the same day to quote on the job and started the next. He was always on time, very friendly and a fast worker, plus produced really good finish. He fitted a small 2nd hand kitchen we'd bought on ebay which had units already assembled as they'd been taken out of someones else's kitchen. He was able to adapt these to suit our small and awkward space and we're very happy with the result. Additionally, he fixed some flooring in the hallway which was quite fiddly. We'd love to have him back to do more work. Luke works in showbusiness building sets etc and is able to fit in other jobs too.
