I am a loss assessor, presently settling claims and then project managing the restoration works to properties affected by flood, storm, burst water pipe, malicious damage by tenants, impact or other damage to homes or commercial premises. Did you know that you can use a Loss Assessor, like me, to help negotiate a fair settlement with your insurer? I can then instruct vetted contractors and oversee any reinstatement works? Once I have assessed your claim, I will prepare a schedule of works and submit the details to your insurer to help ensure that you receive an efficient service whether the claim is related to your home or commercial premises. I can then project manage the restoration or repair works for you, no matter how big or small. There is no charge to you, the policyholder, for the Aspray claims management service I offer, provided that I can appoint and project manage the contractors who carry out the repair works, as Aspray is paid by the insurance company for any repair or reinstatement works my contractors complete. The contractor responded the same day,by visiting the property and estimated the work required. Work was carried out and completed the following day, all waste was removed and area cleared up afterwards. I was very happy with speed and overall positve experience, they were very accommodating to my needs as I work away I will definitely will use this company again.

G&J Building maintenance were prompt coming around for a quote, and came prepared (based on the information I provided in the problem description) with everything necessary to do the job. Their quote for the work was well within what I had budgeted for and they carried out the job there and then. They even fixed another small problem that they spotted for no extra charge. Excellent service and quality of finish. Restored my faith in getting reliable tradesmen! Can highly recommend.

Luke came round the same day to quote on the job and started the next. He was always on time, very friendly and a fast worker, plus produced really good finish. He fitted a small 2nd hand kitchen we'd bought on ebay which had units already assembled as they'd been taken out of someones else's kitchen. He was able to adapt these to suit our small and awkward space and we're very happy with the result. Additionally, he fixed some flooring in the hallway which was quite fiddly. We'd love to have him back to do more work. Luke works in showbusiness building sets etc and is able to fit in other jobs too.
