I have just joined rated people I Am an experienced carpet and vinyl and LVT fitter for over 25 + years, a proper apprenticeship at a family run business to their full time and only fitter at carpet studio in the high st Cheltenham. After 13 years there I moved on to the contract side going around the south west embarking on projects like co-op’s and Hollywood bowls, after a divorce and my teenage son getting older and I’m getting older I want to be more local, I look forward to trying to building a little business and meeting people from the rated people community

Duncan and team completed a double extension, interior remodelling and modernisation and ground works for new patio and driveway. This is a great team to have on your project. Everything finished to a good standard, problems solved where they arise and advice offered on finishes, such as patio slabs, fixtures and fittings. Overall they’ve done a great job and I would highly recommend.

Hired this tradesperson all went well for a short time - his team walked out on him and he could not get the appropriate trades to complete various stages of the build - after complaining about the constant delays he stated he would not come back and is now in breech of his contract- due to his inability to obtain the relevant tradespeople his plumbing “expertise” has now caused a leak underneath our newly fitted kitchen floor! Which we are having to pay to repair! Disgraceful!

Lee and Chloe were fantastic. They built a decking area for us which has transformed the garden. The quality of their work is excellent and their work ethic is superb. very impressed with the quick response and the timeliness of the job being completed. DC Taylor located and installed a match of guttering to my conservatory which was built over 20 years ago. DC Taylor was polite and completed the job within 3 days of requesting the job to be done. I would highly recommend this builder.
