I was very impressed how quickly my enquiry was responded to and will definitely recommend and use Rated People again. John was very pleasant and easy to deal with and the job was carried out to a good standard and to my satisfaction. There was no active leak found but the relevant pipework was sealed and the ceiling repaired too, so a great service!

Marbuild started off by fixing and replacing floorboards in our house but we were so impressed we called them back to take out or old and fit our new kitchen and convert our hallway to being longer. Our next door neighbours even ended up using them to do their hallway too. They are very reliable, punctual, friendly and got the job done as quickly as they can and go the extra mile by asking questions all the time to make sure what we were going to get is what we wanted. Would highly recommend them.

Mr Webb contacted me to give an estimate. He arrived on time. A detailed estimate was given and it was agreed tha he would carry out the works. He arrive on time, he was very polite, the standard of his work was excellent. Clean and tidy and no mess left behind. Becasue of the high level of workmanship I have asked him to return next week to carry out more decorating and carpentry work. 5 star for his quality , value and reliability. Regards Mr Lisle

Shaun fitted out my main bathroom and my ensuite. I now have two wonderful, non-leaking, stunning bathrooms - one a very impressive wet room. Shaun helped me on all decisions and was incredibly patient whilst I tried to decide on various options, his advice was invaluable. Subsequently his support an help for any issue has been out standing, I cannot recommend him highly enough. A professional workman, lovely person, always smiling, takes a real pride in his work, slightly dodgy singing ;-)

Vince did some work for my dad who suffers with dementia. Vince was so helpful and professional in everything he did and his work was of a very high standard. He treated my dad so well and was very patient. He quoted for the job and within a couple of days it was done. Will most definitely use Vince again and would highly recommend.

I gone through many builders for my bathroom job and need ideas to sought out leaking and do designing for bathroom no body can help me and said they will come back to me ,Then one of my friend told me about rated people where I post the job get response straight way from mr. Deep who made appointment with me . He is very professional , come on time and give me good ideas as I am 54 he help me out with many things and sought out the bathroom for me . Dimitrov work was outstanding. He is a excellent plaster and a great guy who give you plenty of advice. Our lounge and bed room look amazing. Dimitrov is reliable, promt, hard working and honest and he gives receipts for all materials and is rate are very good. We will now be doing all our work on our house. Thanks you Dimitrov. We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We will definitely work with him again.

We found Alwin to be a true professional, we were worried about who to use after hearing horror stories about plumbers. Alwin however put our mind at risk very quickly, and even though the job became a lot larger then initially expected he managed to finish within our timescales. Since then we have had a couple of minor issues with the bathroom, however Alwin has come over to repair them immediately which I have found very impressive. I would certainly recommend AA plumbing in the future.

In a nutshell, Marius and his team are great. They're kind, respectful and Marius is always available to answer every question you have - he def is the most knowledgeable builder I've spoken to. You get a very transparent estimate and sign a contract, for both parties' peace of mind. If extras come up, Marius openly discuss them with you before taking any action - my job required quite a few and Marius was also great to stay competitive price-wise whilst keeping the quality of the work sky-high.

A fantastic job by Adam who, on his own, widened existing window and door gaps, fitted new window/door, re-skimmed walls and ceilings (including removing artex and beams from the ceiling), decorated, tiled and fitted a new kitchen supplied by us (including the installation of gas hob, cooker, washing machine and dishwasher) and laid a new floor. Adam is excellent value for money and extremely reliable. Highly recommended!
