First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. I have been trading for 20 years, so I have plenty of experience in the building trade. For the past 3 years I have been building from extensions, brick and block work, too pitching roofs and all types of timber work for another company.
