Arthur is very skilled at floor laying. He completed the job for me in two days' time. The new floor integrated with the existing floor in the hallway seamlessly. The skirting board were undisturbed during the job, thus minimising damage to the wall and other existing structure. Arthur always picks up my text messages swiftly. Thanks Roman from Cotelco Tiling for dropping by to sort out our small tile replacement job (kitchen floor). He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us. Builder from hell, too much problems to list, poor workmanship, walls and tiles not straight, flooring laid incorrectly, water pipes not connected correctly causing leaks, walked out halfway through the job and refused my calls, he left me with expensive remedial work to correct his mistakes.
