My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Excellent father and son team. Very professional, efficient, respectful of my property and easy to engage with. Kept to budget too. TILE HALL. Very disapointed with Kevin's end result, The floor is'nt level., it took 6 weeks and the job still wasn't finished, He kept going off to other jobs and in the end it was left to us to dispose of old floor which I had paid extra for him to do. Kevin is not the most tidy or cleanest of workers and we were often left to clean up, there was also bits of finishing which I would have expected him to do ie replacing bits of skirting that he removed. I acknowledge there was problems with the tiles

Greg built a front wall and laid paving in my front and back garden. He did a really good job, and it looks great. He was reliable, tidy, and really clear on things like costs and how the slabs would be laid so I knew exactly what I was getting. Would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting brickwork or paving/landscaping.
