Hi Pete. Managed to do them and finished them today. Was a nightmare but worth it in the end. We never fitted the tap or valve etc inside to prevent the freezing in winter. What is best to do. Cheers pete.

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Phil has built and installed a palisade fence for me over the past week. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. He's worked through some wild weather to get the job done, and even built and attached a new garden gate from the unused wood, at no extra cost. All of the window sills internally he done for me where really bad also. He did give me £100 refund. But that didnt even cover the cost for a building notice. Dave is a nice genuine fella who did go out of his wat to come back and clean windows and showed willingness. Everyone has there bad days so hopefully this was just one of Dave's. Sorry about feedback but unfortunately i choose my tradesmen via feedbacks and unfair on other people to hear all positves and no negatives

Thanks to Pavel I now have a new staircase in the bedroom and the ladder has finally gone :) Pavel contacted me, arranged to visit to assess the job and advised it would be cheaper to buy a staircase and install that instead of building one from scratch. New staircase arrived and Pavel worked his magic to get it installed - absolutely over the moon. Pavel is a joiner with exceptional skills and comes highly recommended.
