We are extremely happy with our bathroom refurbishment. It looks better than we imagined because of C&M builders and their hard work. Dorina & Cyprian came to view the work and gave us a reasonable quote the same day of us posting the ad as we wanted the work to be done urgently. They started work the next week and were very understanding of our needs. Dorina was our main contact and was always reachable. I have worked on a sub-contract basis for a reputable local company for over thirty-five years. My main trades are partitioning, fitting kitchens and bathrooms including plumbing, floor and wall tiling and decorating. I'm also experienced in other trades such as fitting laminate flooring and decking, carpentry and plasterboarding walls and ceilings. I believe it takes no longer to do a good job than it does to do a poor one. I had a High school education and attained o-levels in English, Maths, Geography and Technical drawing. I also am a qualified first aider and I take a refresher course every three years.
Richard did a superb job in putting up shelves, coat rails and curtains for us. He was bang on time, efficient and an absolute pro. He was also an absolutely lovely chap too, a pleasure to talk to and I felt completely comfortable leaving him to work while I worked upstairs. I couldn't recommend Richard highly enough.

Tips for future: Please do not go over dirty silicone with new ones without cleaning or removing the old ones. In future always provide your customers with a written quotation specifying the work. We used Fabio to turn our family bathroom into two ensuite wet room shower rooms. We found him very honest and reliable, working weekends to get the job done in time! We did have additional costs but in fairness that was due to our house and us not knowing what we actually wanted to do, not him. But even so he was very reasonable and would use him again on the next project!

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now.
