Neville contacted me and came out and measured up and listened to what we wanted, he then swiftly replied with a quote and arranged a date for completion. Once on site Neville and Wayne were keen to get the job done but also partial to the odd coffee now and again, they always tidied up after every day and were punctual the next day to carry on . I would definitely contact them if I needed anymore work done on my home

Unexpected cost for cutting tiles, an extra £5 per meter, apparently due to the type of tile. Paid extra to have levelling compound put down, unfortunately didn’t get the desired finish, quite a few tiles not level. Very nice chap,

I got a quote from AL Plasterer. Unlike a number of builders, he came out at the appointed time and was polite and listened to my ideas. Although I went with a different quote based on details and costs, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else who needs a quote.

Problems with a leak from the installed shower, has caused me to replace newly fitted floor. The toilet was not designed to fit the waste despite the installer placing the order for all the items he was to install.

Mr. Wilkins did not meet previous standards. I have countless texts apologising for letting me down. Mr Wilkins was unprofessional (his words), he was unreliable and could not project manage. Ensuite took 8 weeks to finally complete. Bathroom took even longer. Mr Wilkins paid for bathroom, but did not come back to finish off, despite numerous calls. So he took money for work he did not complete and I am left with a bathroom I cannot use. Can do quality work, but rate him as poor because he took money.

En suite successfully fitted. Chris is clearly experienced and had a good solution for each problem. He successfully tackled all of our more obscure requests (Japanese style toilet).
