George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Sinevir did a solid job on our exterior walls. They paid particular attention to prepping the surfaces—cleaned and degreased everything thoroughly and were careful with the details. They even dug down around the foundation to insulate below ground level, and didn’t charge anything extra for it, which was a nice surprise. Dan and his colleague built a rather large red brick wall for me which I am very pleased with. They were fast, tidy and efficient. They were also able to give advise on the best way to finish off the top of the wall. Secondly, they used the right mix of cement and lime to continue with the same colour mortar. They were also able to calculate exactly the quantity of bricks, cement etc. I would need so therefore there was very little wastage. I would definitely use them again.
