James replied relatively swiftly. After assessing the job, James was able to start at a mutually convenient date. We were concerned that we'd have a potential issue in matching our mortar colour-shade but James put our minds at rest and surpassed our expectations. We've since called him back to do another job for us, which he did exceptionally well too. We'd have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him. Andrew from Eland Construction left us with a very good impression, sadly we had to postpone the job for personal reasons, but he was very knowledgeable and left us a feeling of trust right from the start. James was professional, skilled, and always turned up on time and when he said he would. His workmanship was excellent, and pricing was competitive. He finished the job on time and we are pleased with the end product. The flooring was not completely straightforward to lay, but with good advice from James on how to deal with the quirks (uneven floor, steps that were difficult to negotiate) we have a fantastic end product. Can't recommend James highly enough.

Patrick was very helpful right from start. He was detailed in the initial quote and communication was easy and prompt. On the day he was very polite, clean and tidy, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend.

Craig did a fantastic job fitting the french doors that we had bought, we we're told by another builder that they wouldn't fit ! But Craig did such a good job. Happy to recommend these builders, They carried out some tiling work, which was harder than it sounds as it was 3 huge toilets in a church. They worked to budget and time scale, working hard to keep the timings to fit in with the demands of a busy church. They kept the place clean and tidy so the church could function. The work was finished to a high standard, and they had a good attention to detail. They communicated well and sorted out the problems with ease.
