Dean (& Winston) arrived on time and set about the job as soon as 'they' arrived on site. Dean does take photos and videos to show what needs doing and the results of his labours. Thankfully, he also pointed out that one of my other chimneys was about to fall off the roof so he quickly made a repair while he was up there. Not worth 5 star rating, in my opinion. Cancelled appointment 30 minutes before due time. Came out twice, first time to take a look, second time to bring sample. Said he would get back to with price with expected start next week. Heard nothing, he finally answered one of my texts saying didn't reply as materials had gone up and the job would cost another £1000. Did not even have the courtesy of letting me decide if it was too much to pay or to choose something less expensive. Very disappointed.
