George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. We have been so impressed with Haywood Developments. We chose them to convert a brick built garage to a garden room. Martin was professional and efficient from the moment he came to quote for the job. The standard of workmanship is extremely high and we are delighted with the work. Haywood were not the cheapest quote we had but we knew they would carry out the work to the highest standards. We were not disappointed. We do all kinds of home repairs except roofing and gas boilers: Wiring , electrical , plumbing , bonding , skimming , plasterboards , full bathroom build , kitchens , removing and building new walls , extensions. Replacement windows , new frames and doors. New ceilings and flooring. Partial or complete removal of chimneys. Artificial grass , new patio with flags. Painting and decoration.

Exceptional from start to finish, great advice on how it needed to be done and best way to fix the building errors, team were in early, worked none stop, cleaned up well before leaving and took away any rubbish. And all for a reasonable price, definitely be using on the next elevation
So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. I'm new to this site and I'm willing to put the effort in to get the jobs done right and honestly. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Removed a load bearing wall and installed an RSJ from start to finish. Reasonable price and more importantly did the job fast in 2 days exactly including plastering and even cleaning up. Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.
