Unfortunately as soon as the work was done we developed a leak in the roof (I'm not saying they are related). We were told by Alan's son that the damp was simply the wall drying out. It wasn't and got progressively worse. We did contact Alan again who said he'd come around but didn't. Three other builders have said that the lead work wasn't correctly done and we've since had to pay for it to be redone.

He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

My duties here as well as plastering included initial site visits to explain the process of works to the homeowner , investigation work to drains and foundations ,opening up inspection holes ,brickwork, carpentry, painting and decorating, roofing ,tiling draftproofing ,levelling floors , fitting and clearing gutters and much much more. I have alot of experience working with other trades that has given me a sound understanding of structures , the things that go wrong with them and how to put them right , correctly .
