George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Dean did work on our house, and the jobs that we asked him to do were done to a very high standard. George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. I was very pleased with the work that was done, and he did a couple of extra jobs for me at the time. He was very easy to feel comfortable with, completely reliable and very clean whilst working. I didn't actually get another quote as I went with my gut instint as it was more important to get a good job. If I had any critisism, it would be that the job quote was for one week, but it actually only took just over two days.

Dan has completed both our ensuite and our bathroom to a very high standard and unlike other companies who quoted given us what we wanted not what they provide. Dan was very accomodating at getting the little extras and doing additional works when asked. The only issues were with a drawer front and the cistern lid which were both damaged on delivery and we are still waiting for them tobe replaced 12 weeks on. My only advice would be if there is anything like this keep a reasonable retention back (I paid in full on completion of the main works) otherwise Dan can be a little difficult to get hold of. We did have a leak (not really down to Dan original fitting was in bad condition) which he did responde to very well. It's just having been leaving voicemail on his mobile every two days for the last four weeks with no reply not sure his warrentee is going to be worth very much! All that aside I would still use Dan again as his work is very good and he is very personable.
