Other people quoted work which was over-the-top or wouldn't have solved the problem but John got right to the issue in a no-nonsense way. I would recommend Ben and his team as they took on our job of insulating the first floor external wall with restricted access. They also had to replace part of the stack pipe and this was all arranged for us. Very happy with the quality and finish of their work.

Truly awful experience. The garage conversion was ok (bar the space around the electrical back boxes being stuffed with newspaper) but the flat refurbishment was a disaster. It started ok but as the tasks became more complex, the quality of work declined. The kitchen needed 3 fits, the bathroom has had to be rebuilt, the wiring has dropped into the walls, the joinery is execrable and the radiators don’t work. The job also took 16 weeks rather than 8.

I would highly recommend these guys - I had my existing kitchen ripped out and replaced with a new Wren Kitchen. Ross who will come round to provide the initial quote has a great eye for detail and sets high expectations from his workforce, and they certainly delivered. Although slightly dearer than a couple of other quotes it was well worth it as the end product was immaculate along with some beautiful tiling. They were also very neat and tidy and communicative of progress. All in all one happy customer
