George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. We are a period/listed property restoration company. Specialised in brick & masonry restoration and damp proofing. - Damp assessment/surveys at £89 per survey with a full written report. - Lime rendering & plastering with horse hair. - Paint removal - Lime pointing. - Masonry repairs. - Paint removal using the Thermatech hot steam cleaning system. - Brick/stone feature walls. - lime wash - Breathable Painting. Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

S&S also provide building services, over 40 years experience in building and maintenance, work include brickwork/ rendering/plastering/concrete floors/pades/bases/ electrical work across the board, from installing to pat tests, board change, etc. certificates and passes, qualifications in photo album for customers reassurance. S.S plumbuilds will be liable for there work for 3 months after completion, any problems in that time scale will be Amended free of charge. After this time scale, s.s Plumbuilds will not be obligated? or responsible, As this time scale is more than fair to reveal any issues. •NVQ level 1 & 2 in plumbing and heating •Unvented systems •Anglian water approved •gas certificate (currently expired) •Safety regs
