Had Rody out to quote for driveway installation paving and large patio. Rody was very knowledgeable and was able to advise on the work required. Rody started the work as agreed and was very committed to having it completed to a high standard working weekends and late nights, done more than was agreed. Very happy with our new monoblock driveway and riven slab patio. The guys worked very hard on hot days and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend for paving and driveway jobs.

We had a fantastic experience with Jim. His quote was very reasonable, about half the price of some of the other builders. He is a very lovely, genuine guy & also extremely reliable. Turned up on site promptly every day & finished the job (downstairs extension plus a dormer window upstairs) very quickly - the whole lot was done in about 3 months. He talked us through every step & made sure we were well informed. It all came in on budget & he was very honest with his costs & timescales. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with the service recieved from Alex. He quicky provided a competitive quote and arranged to get the work done on a Saturday morning. It involved the repair of an external door and he moved other jobs around so he could get to this sooner because it affected the security of the building. The repair looks great and he has painted the door frame for us. Alex even agreed to adjusting a door closer whilst there at no extra charge. I will use McLaurin Joinery again.

Standard of workmanship was excellent. Andrew and Stuart were very accommodating and ensured that they tidied up before leaving for the night. Work was completed ahead of schedule, and to a high standard. Would definitely use firm again.

Sandy is a fantastic tradesman, he's very friendly, a great communicator and turns up exactly when he says he is going to. He gave us a detailed and realistic quote. In fact we asked him for a quote on another job in the house too. For the repair itself, he did a very good job, and sent me photos in progress. A small crack appeared during the 'curing' process and Sandy came back, fixed the crack and was happy to do so. It has been a couple of weeks since the job was done and our wall is looking lovely!

George came round to our house on time and wrote a very comprehesive report as requested. He examined our faulty windows with care and with attention to detail and he also pointed out many other faults that we had not noticed. His report will form the basis of our claim against the window company that made a mess of fitting the new windows and I would highly recommend his services.

Andy recently completed decking for us and also a small inside job to box in electric metres. We are very pleased with the finished jobs. Andy showed up when expected and finished the job when expected too. He has done a brilliant job and transformed what was a old crumbling patio into an amazing raised decking which is safe for the kids and will be great for sitting out. I can't recommend Andy enough. We can not recommend this company highly enough as the work has been completed now and was done quickly and very efficiently with the minimum of fuss. At the start the job was explained efficiently with no boring jargon. The staff completed the job that required heavy lifting and careful thought and now we have the window we wanted, which is huge, and the room was left totally neat and tidy. Hired PH3 home improvements to carry out some plastering work for me.Ricky was fantastic from the start of the process to completing the job. Tom was pleasant and on time he did a marvelous job of my flat pack (king size ottoman bed). I also had him do re grouting in my bathroom. The price was okay considering he had been there all day.
