Unfinished skirting board installation. All seemed well at first, but a few weeks later I noticed sealant had been missed under all of the radiators. I contacted Steven to see if he could get somebody finish this off. He said maybe the silicone gun couldn't get under the radiators - this wasn't the case as sealant had been done up to the pipes (which were chipped into the wall, so even less of an obstruction). A week later, I have had no further contact hence why I am l leaving this review.

Beautiful shower installed for my husband who's got dementia. They were courteous to us both . Worked very hard to get job done so not to disturb my husband. would totally recommend them .thank you .

Steven did a great job dismantling an old conservatory, even removing some extra wires & fittings. The site was left really tidy. He was polite & friendly as well as efficient and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend his company.

Reacted to the job advert promptly, arranged a suitable time and turned up efficiently. Took pictures to show me where the problems lay, quoted and then took pictures of what was put in to fix the problem. Very reliable and thorough in the job. Also advised that theres a 10 year guarantee on the works completed. Highly recommended.

I needed an experienced brickie to urgently to sort out an extension before crane/steels turned up in few days. Shaun gave a fair quote, turned up on time exactly as promised. Worked very hard even in the boiling heat and did a great job. 100% recommended!!

Works hard Reliable Gives honest opinion Trustworthy I had bathroom and kitchen done with materials supply and fit. My budget was £3500 but ended with spending tad more than i thought initially. Great work but takes time as he is one man army.

I used Steve and the team[QSP] for my loft conversion in Harborne. The quote was competitive. The works were undertaken to a very high standard. Tidy workers and sensitive to client needs. A very professional and courteous company. We bought a property in September 2013 gave a list of jobs we wanted doing and a timescale (ideally before Christmas). we were in by the last week of November with only a couple of jobs left to finish. Chris was very accommodating and all the trades people who came were very friendly and extremely tidy which is great especially when you've got children! overall i would highly recommend Chris Williams and company and would definitely use their services again

Paul and Dave did a great job. My garden was in such a mess!! Weeding was done, ivy growing around walls cut back. Worst job of all was the roots of a conifer growing under slabs. They lifted up slabs digging up and cutting back heavy roots. Slabs, including 3 further slabs were relaid. Added to that lawns were neatly cut. They tidied up after work was completed. Excellent work done in a professional way. 11/10 I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done

Paul was lovely. He arrived on time and worked hard all day skimming the walls in my back bedroom and he did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the results. I will definitely use him again if I need to have plastering work done. His price for the job was I think very reasonable too

Alex is a really thorough worker and will not leave a job less than perfect. I had him fit a new sink and tap in my kitchen and of course it did not turn out to be a straightforward job. He did it so well that I had him rectify another plumbing job in the bathroom at the same time and both have been finished to an excellent standard. A friendly chap, persistent in finding solutions to problems and doesn't even leave rubbish behind when he's finished! Would recommend highly.

This was a very high standard of work. I had to work for the week and felt very comfortable leaving him with keys to my home. I would defiantly use Spencer again to do work within my home.

Quality of work was excellent (plastered boarded ceiling, skimmed ceiling and tiled floor) and the reliability of the tradesman was excellent, always turned up on time and finished the job within the quoted time of 2 days. Very good value for money.
