Hired to do some external painting, and jet-washing of paved area. The former was well executed, the latter not so well. Arbitrarily changed attendance days/times almost on a daily basis. Fairly clueless when it came to tidying up after the jobs. Still awaiting a final clear-up.

Iliyan arrived at the agreed time and fixed the lock on my front door. He fixed it without having to replace it and did not leave any mess. He explained what he was doing and just got on with it. His charge was reasonable for the time he was there.

Found Grabiel on rated people and was apprehensive at first as there were no reviews, but there was no need to worry . Turned up in time, did what was asked and cleaned up after himself when finished. Cut two oak work tops and routered the hole for a Belfast sink. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend .very reasonably priced.

He got the perfect shower to replace the one which was broken (just from the photos I sent him), he managed to take the existing tiles off without damaging them and put them back after replacing the shower unit. Got Ken to repair a leaking roof on the same property, after many attempts, wasted time and ££££ it was clear he was shooting in the dark and has no knowledge in this area. He even turned up at the property once (without being asked) pretended to do some work on the leaking roof, then had the audacity to send me a bill for this! When I refused to pay it he got personal. Lacks integrity. Use at your own risk.
