Craig and his team removed a fence and replaced it with a far superior one. He visited, accessed and quoted, within hours of phoning him. We discussed and agreed on materials and dates. Prior to the agreed date, his communication, responding to points we raised, was prompt and detailed. He was punctual and worked methodically. The job took 1.5 days, the quality of the materials & workmanship was first class. All waste was removed. We have no hesitation in recommending Craig and have already done so.

An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.
