Great quality fence panels, posts and cement boards. Courteous. Good natured. Worked hard and fast completing the job in a day. Were open to my input on each height etc as garden sloped downhill a bit.

Daniel arrived in less than hour from my requesting a plumber. He was able to fix the leaking pipe there and then. It was great to have the problem fixed swiftly. He was friendly and I felt comfortable having him in my house.

Milan and his team are currently 8 weeks through our building project, which includes removing two supporting walls, installing a new kitchen, windows, skylights and bifolding doors and autility room with toilet and shower. Although we still have a few weeks until the project is finished, we are very happy with the progress and worked carried out so far and find Milan and his team to be trust worthy, reliable and hard working. We are looking forward to seeing the final result ??????????

Was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Very professional, polite and competent. Even so there was more time needed to complete the work final price was same as an estimate given at the start. Job was to fit new bath, sink, taps, and vinyl floor in a quite neglected small bathroom for my elderly father in law. Job was done perfectly and we would highly recommend and use Jason and his team in the future.

Barney and his team were excellent. Efficient, fast and neat work tiling and fitting new shower enclosure and tray. Came across problems with the plumbing and level and they were brilliant to make the job complete and nice guys and very neat and left us very happy and fully recommend and look forward to using Barney as team in future for sure! I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

The two guys that came, were, quick, clean, polite, took extra rubbish for no extra money, kept in contact throughout the day, recommend highly, will use again, good thing is they are part of a team that do most work that needs to be done in or out of the house. Very happy.

It is always somewhat of a lottery when hiring a tradesman but we really struck lucky with Daniel. What a great find he was. Quality and care of work was outstanding. (Toilet floor tiling). His work was neat, precise, organised and efficient. He didn't once stop for a break or anything. Exceptionally polite and friendly and clearly skilled at this work. And his pricing was excellent. Daniel was fantastic throughout the job (Garage conversion and bay window creation). He was friendly, approachable and hugely customer focussed. There were a few unexpected developments during the project but Daniel consistently ensured that we got the outcome we wanted rather than just a quick fix and regularly went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The quality of the finish is excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend DM Builds (and have already asked for quotes on some further jobs!)

We had our bathroom totally redone by Remus and his guys. Not only was in bang on budget, they took exactly the amount of time they said it would, even by putting in some extra hours to get it finished off as promised. They were very communicative, keeping us informed throughout the project, and really went the extra mile. I've asked them to quote for more work in the future.
