R T Property Maintenance is a small business. Reliable, friendly and reasonable rates. Fencing, decking, paving. UPVC windows, doors, fascia and Soffit. Hanging doors, wood flooring, skirting, drylining, plastering, tiling and painting.

Excellent job from Joe and Andreas! They were very prompt, reliable and Joe advised if they were going to be delayed. Unlike a few other trades people I contacted for quotes who either did not respond or didnt keep the appointments we made. Joe and Andreas were able to do the work the very next day, their quote was a very reasonable price for the work and they were clean, tidy and very quick workers. Highly recommend these guy's they're great!

Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

I went on to hire them later for a full flat clearance which they did cheerfully despite the searing heat and the parking being a short distance away. The job ended up not being reprionting due to his advice, but was bespoke work to fix some motorbike ground anchors in a trench of cement.
