Arrived on time and did the job required. I.e. reduce a hawthorn hedge by approx . 3 feet. The pruning was achieved in record time but at the expense of clearing the site. properly. Bits of hedge were left in mine and my neighbour's garden and in the road. I had to complete the job and ended up taking 4 large bags to the recycling centre. Disappointed.

Nik team did a fantastic job with replastering water damaged walls and re-grouted my shower room. They even attached a new ceiling light fitting for me, complimentary as a new customer. Matthew and I agreed an hourly rate for weekly and initially he turned up each week, sometimes also with his son. This doubled the agreed rate but they did a good job while they were here. After 5 almost-weekly visits, they stopped turning up. Matthew did not respond to any messages asking if he was all right or if there was a problem. I see that other reviewers have mentioned problems with communication and I now realise that perhaps this is not the first time Matthew has let down his clients.

They are crooks, took payment of thousands of pounds, walk off site mid way through the job and then filed for insolvency. We are now one of a long list of creditors owed significant sums of money, meanwhile Tom Baker has simply set up another company, TAB GardenCare Ltd in a family members name to start 5camming innocent people all over again. Ignored our emails and messages and bl0cked our telephone calls.
